 Processing Time

• For in-stock items, orders will be shipped within 3–7 business days after order confirmation.

• For custom costumes, processing time is 30–40 business days due to tailoring and quality checks.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can monitor the delivery progress.

 

⚠️ Important Notice

If your package is not received in time and gets returned to us, please note:

• It may take up to 30-60 days for the package to be returned.

• The return shipping cost will be charged to the customer.

To avoid this, kindly ensure that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.
