Minejas Return & Exchange Policy

1. Can I return or exchange my item?

Non-quality issues: All items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for reasons unrelated to product quality.

Quality issues: You can request an exchange free of charge if there is a quality issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

Wrong size ordered: If you ordered the wrong size, you can still exchange it, but shipping costs are your responsibility.

 

2. What if I received the wrong product?

If you receive the wrong product due to our error, we will send the correct item to you free of charge.

All returns must be authorized by Minejas before being sent back.

 

3. How long do I have to return my items?

You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund.

Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.

 

4. What are the conditions for exchanges?


To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

Be unused and unworn

Be in original condition and packaging

Have the original tags attached

Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox


5. Can I get a refund?

Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the goods if they meet the return conditions.

A 30% restocking fee will apply to any returns and return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.


6. Are there any products that cannot be returned or exchanged?


Yes, the following products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they are defective:

Customised or personalised products

Toiletries

Sale items or samples


7. How long does it take to process returns?

Once we receive the returned item, it may take up to 5 business days to process and issue your refund or exchange.

Shipping times for exchanges will depend on your location.
