Required Measurements (in centimeters):

1. Chest Circumference

Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape measure level and snug but not tight. Arms should be relaxed at the sides.

2. Waist Circumference

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually 2–3 cm above the navel. Maintain a natural breathing position.

3. Shoulder Width

Measure straight across the back from the edge of one shoulder (shoulder point) to the other.

4. Sleeve Length

Start at the shoulder point and measure down to the wrist along the outside of the arm. Keep the arm naturally straight.

5. Top Length

Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (near the neck) down to your desired shirt length. Standard Latin shirts usually fall just below the hips.

6. Upper Arm Circumference (Bicep)

Measure around the widest part of your upper arm while keeping the arm relaxed. This ensures flexibility and comfort during movement.
